As a donor, we would consider your donation to be a wilful one, helping the Beneficiary in the Goal they have posted. In normal cases, the funds donated towards any Goals posted by the Beneficiaries will not be refunded to the donors. In special cases, the donors can reach out to Karma Points at support@thekarmapoints.com and then after a mutual agreement, the refund process can begin. The funds will be transferred within 7 days of confirmation.

In case the funds have already been transferred to the Beneficiary account, the refund process might be longer than usual or in some extreme cases, will not be possible.

Cancellation Policy - Transactions once done can't be cancelled. In some cases, they can be refunded. Please read the refund policy.
