Karma Points has been set up to help NGOs to raise donations in kind and the usage is strictly governed by the terms and conditions contained hereinbelow. Beneficiary or Beneficiaries shall mean and include all NGO, trusts, societies, persons, individuals who run Campaigns on Karma Points to raise donations. Goals shall mean and refer to various campaigns that run on Karma Points for raising adequate support in kind for the Beneficiaries; Platform/Karma Points shall mean www.thekarmapoints.com, including its applications on mobile and/or tablet, as owned, operated and managed by Utopian Haze. Utopian Haze or us or we or our shall mean Utopian Haze Private Ltd, a limited liability Company, incorporated under the Indian laws. Services shall mean services provided by Karma Points to You and the Beneficiary by facilitating connection between Beneficiaries and You so that You can donate in kind to the Beneficiary to meet the necessary objectives of charity . You or Your or Yourself shall mean to the users or viewers of this Karma Points.
Karma Points replaces the traditional charity method of offline donations with online donations, thus building trust and transparency for donors.Karma Points is facilitating a connection between Beneficiaries and You, so that You can donate to the Beneficiaries as per their requirement with relevant funds.Karma Points shall act as a platform to allow the Beneficiaries to put up and share their Goals to raise support for the causes undertaken by them.You shall be entitled to choose the Goals, You wish to support and donate the funds, by making payment on Karma Points. The funds shall be transferred to the relevant NGO’s bank account after deducting a 10 % commission on the funds raised.You understand, hereby acknowledge and agree that Karma Points does a detailed and in -depth checks on the veracity and genuineness of the Goals put up by the Beneficiaries.But, this by no means, is exhaustive and fool - proof.Karma Points make no representation with respect to the genuineness of the Beneficiaries and shall have no liability to any party in relation to the transactions where Karma Points has not been engaged or contractually involved in.All the funds donated by you shall be transferred in a staggered manner to the Beneficiaries, up on completion of the relevant completion milestones.The Services are also subject to Karma Points’ Privacy Policy.Karma Points may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Services at its sole discretion.The Services provide features that exist for the ultimate benefit of the Beneficiaries and allow you to meet donate easily online.Considering the larger objective of donations reaching the Beneficiaries, You agree that as soon as You participate in a Goal and donate funds, You shall become a Backer for the Goal and Beneficiaries shall have access to the Details provided by You. Please consider carefully what You choose to share or make public, Karma Points has no responsibility for that activity.Beneficiary Information Beneficiary’s are required to submit and share their details and necessary documents on this Karma Points(Details), as may be required by Karma Points, from time to time, of their trust / society / NGOs / institutions / establishments / companies / organizations for verification purposes.Karma Points may authenticate these Details as part of its check or otherwise.However, Karma Points takes no responsibility of the genuineness or veracity of the Beneficiaries, though in good faith, Karma Points believes in the Goals run by the Beneficiaries and does a preliminary check of the information provided by Beneficiaries.Content Available You acknowledge that Karma Points does not make any representations or warranties about the Goals, Beneficiaries, funds, data, and information, such as data files, text, facts and figures, Beneficiarys details, computer software, code, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos, or other images(collectively, the Content) which You may have access to on Karma Points as part of the Services, or through Your use of this Karma Points.Under no circumstances, Karma Points is liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to any infringing Content, any errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, linked from, or otherwise accessible through or made available via Karma Points.
