Join ARISE foundation in our mission to empower underprivileged communities through self-employment and education. Our current focus is on raising awareness and access to family planning in rural areas of greater Noida district. Help us educate and provide contraceptives to 10 villages, with a goal of raising INR 5 lakhs. Each village requires INR 50,000 for information camps, distribution of contraceptives, and team expenses. The Problem
Lack of access to family planning in rural areas of greater Noida district leads to high rates of unplanned pregnancies and associated health risks, poverty, and inequality. Our initiative aims to educate, strengthen health systems and secure funding for contraceptives, but awareness and resources are lacking.
The Solution
Our solution is to educate and empower rural communities on family planning by setting up informational camps in 10 villages per district, reaching 30-40 people per village with information on the benefits of using contraceptives. This will be achieved by allocating funds for setting up the camps, buying and distributing contraceptives, team travel and lodging expenses, branding, and miscellaneous expenses, with a total goal of INR 5 lakhs per village. This will help people to have knowledge of better family planning and will make a real difference in the communities.
