MG Social Care empowers women in Delhi and Bangalore by turning them into skilled entrepreneurs through candle making, soap amaking and through various other mechanisms to enhance their economic independence and community strength.
Despite abundant talent in India, people in rural areas lack access to vocational training and economic opportunities, limiting their potential to achieve financial independence. They are unable to contribute to their household income and are often restricted to doing menial jobs or become daily wagers. Even in cities like Delhi and Bengaluru, the rural people aren't able to start anything to support themselves.
With our initiative to help out these people, we have helped 200 people become successful small scale entreprenuers. With our 3-step program, we are trying to solve unemploymenet with entreprenuership:
👥 Step 1: Recruitment and Sign-up - We start by recruiting women from local areas, eager to change their lives.
📚 Step 2: Training and Materials - Our trainers provide free workshops on soap making, equipping our new entrepreneurs with the skills and tools they need.
📦 Step 3: Orders, Deliveries, and Payments - Once the products are ready, we kickstart the orders and delivery process, ensuring a steady income for these hardworking women.
We now aim to expand our candle-making initiative to include 500 more women, requiring ₹5 lakh. Your donation helps provide essential training and materials, empowering women to start their own businesses and thrive.
