Karma means the actions or deeds we carry out in our lives. According to karma believers, when we&nbsp; perform a good deed or exhibit good thoughts, positive energy will come back to us. In the same&nbsp; way, negative deeds and thoughts bring back negative consequences. Apparently, karma is often&nbsp; misunderstood. Some consider it a superstition, and some consider it a belief. This article will give you a better understanding of whether karma is a superstition or a belief.&nbsp;<h1 style="margin-left:0.4640007019042969pt;">Exploring the Nature of Karma: Is It a Superstition or a Belief?&nbsp;</h1>&nbsp;There are people who believe in karma and there are those who don’t. It’s all about our opinions&nbsp; and experiences, based upon which we decide whether to believe something or not. The same can&nbsp; be said in the case of karma. Some people think karma is a superstition and their bad deeds will&nbsp; bring negativity into their lives, and to neutralize it they need to perform good deeds. Clearly, we&nbsp; can see that the concept of karma has been misunderstood.&nbsp;Karma is one of the most undeniable and logical religious beliefs out there. Many religions have&nbsp; different karma concepts and beliefs. Because Karma is associated with religious perspectives,&nbsp; many people believe it is a superstition. But Karma is common to everyone, no matter what religion&nbsp; they belong to.&nbsp;Religious beliefs can be superstitious, but karma might be an exception. The meaning of karma in&nbsp; every religion remains the same with regard to the beliefs and practices. It is what we do and what&nbsp; we get in return. Thus, karma will chase you until you bear your&nbsp; consequences. There’s no escape here! If we look at a superstitious point of view, it is believed that&nbsp; karma can follow you from one life to the next. It is not necessary that all your karmic&nbsp; consequences will occur in this life only.&nbsp;Thus, it can be clearly understood that karma not only has an effect on your present life but on your&nbsp; future life as well. That’s enough for people to believe karma is a superstition. But taking it as a&nbsp; superstition, fearing karma and trying to escape it won’t save you from it.&nbsp;If we start to understand karma with an open mind, there is logical sense behind every concept and&nbsp; belief. Even atheists believe in some part of karma as real. Certain actions can be considered&nbsp; wrongful because they cause harm and difficulties. If you do bad, you’ll get back bad, and good&nbsp; deeds will get you good in your life. This is the ideology behind karma. Hence, karma is more of a&nbsp; belief than a superstition. If you believe in good and carry out good deeds, good things will come&nbsp; back to you. Much research has been done to prove that&nbsp; karma has a scientific point of view. If you consider Newton’s third law, it states that every action&nbsp; has an equal and opposite reaction. The same rule can be applied to karma. Whatever you do comes&nbsp; back to you.&nbsp;Also, if we look at the law of energy, energy (positive or negative) cannot be created nor destroyed.&nbsp; It gets converted from one form to another. So whatever you do doesn’t get nullified but comes&nbsp; back to you in another form.&nbsp;Hence, karma, according to some scientific theories as above, can have a scientific perspective as&nbsp; well and can be said to be a belief more than a superstition.&nbsp;<h1>Conclusion&nbsp;</h1>&nbsp;Well, to determine karma as a superstition or belief, it all depends on one’s thinking and point of&nbsp; view. If you associate the good and bad things that happen to you with karma, then it becomes real&nbsp; to you. Karma may not affect you, but if you believe that your past actions are causing problems in&nbsp; your life, it will appear to you as a superstition. But if you look at karma as more than a superstition&nbsp; and understand it as a rule of cause and effect, then things happening in your life would seem more&nbsp; appropriate to you. This is how karma works. It has nothing to do with superstition.&nbsp;&nbsp;
